These 785nm 600mW wavelength stabilized laser diodes are single mode, single frequency stabilized devices offered in a 14-pin butterfly package.

This laser diode module is ideal for Raman spectroscopy applications as well as metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, analytical instrumentation and graphic arts applications. This fiber-coupled stabilized laser is has an extremely narrow linewidth, broad temperature operating characteristics and low power consumption.
