These 785nm, 600mW laser diodes provide high ex-fiber output power and narrow linewidth. They are wavelength stabilized by a Volume Bragg Grating, which provides a tight wavelength tolerance as well as narrow linewidth emission profile. These laser diodes are optimized for Raman Spectroscopy and is used for metrology, sensing, bio-instrumentation, and analytical instrumentation applications. The laser is packaged in an industry standard 14-pin butterfly package, and includes an internal TEC and monitor PD
