This is an 808nm laser diode, which can output 15W optical power from its 400μm aperture. 

This model features very high reliability and can operate at high temperatures (up to 70 °C). It can be easily soldered to a heat exchanger. It is wavelength stabilized and has a narrow spectral width (10 nm).

The 808nm 15W Laser Diode is ideal for medical and illumination applications, and material processing.
