852nm Laser Diode Module Overview

These high stability 852nm laser diode modules offer up to 125mW of user adjustable output power. These modules are designed for demanding applications that require both high stability and excellent beam quality. They offer user adjustable output power, user adjustable temperature, a USB interface and control software. They can be configured with a free-space output or a fiber coupled output.

These modules connect to your PC through a USB interface and include the GUI based control software. The user interface makes set-up quick and easy. These laser diode based modules are available with multiple options to optimize the laser for your application. Accessories include a fiber coupler with fiber patch cord, a mechanical shutter and collimating optics. They are manufactured by RGB Photonics, Germany.

High Stability through Precision TEC Based Temperature Control and Low Noise Control Electronics

These diode laser modules include an embedded TE cooler which keeps the temperature at a precise set-point. The active temperature control loop ensures very high short and long term stability. The user can adjust the temperature to fine tune the wavelength through the control software. Also, a low noise current source design enables the low noise laser output.

    All operating parameters can be set, monitored and controlled from your PC using the Ltune laser control software for Windows. A simple to use graphical interface allows you to adjust the laser power and the temperature. Alternatively, the laser can easily be controlled from your own application software.
