915nm High Power Laser Features

These 915nm high power laser diodes offer power up to 250 watts; both CW and pulsed operations are possible. They are fiber-coupled to 135 µm core fiber. These multi-emitter laser diodes are designed for high stability and long operating life-times, and the robust heat-efficient package provides easy mounting to a temperature controlled mount or heat sink. These fiber-coupled pump lasers are well suited to a wide range of high power pumping applications. A 300 Watt laser is also available, fiber-coupled to 200µm fiber.
