915nm High Power Laser Features

These high power 915nm laser diodes are designed to provide long operating life-times and stable, reliable operation. Up to 300W CW output power is delivered via the multimode 200 µm core fiber (NA 0.22). Pulse-mode operation is also possible with these laser diodes. The module package is designed for easy mounting to a high-efficiency heat-sink or temperature-controlled mounting plate. Properly mounted and driven with precision laser-driver electronics, these laser modules will provide reliable long-life time operation. A 250 Watt laser is also available; fiber-coupled to 135µm fiber; part number 915nm-Model 6.
