915nm High Power Laser Features

These high power 915nm pump lasers are designed to provide long operating life-times and stable, reliable operation.

Up to 300 W CW output power is delivered via the multimode 200µm-core fiber (NA 0.22). The fiber is terminated with an HP-SMA905 connector. Pulse-mode operation ais also possible with these laser diode modules.

The module package is designed for easy mounting to a high-efficiency heat-sink or temperature-controlled mounting plate. Properly mounted and driven with precision laser-driver electronics, these laser modules will provide reliable long-life time operation.

A 250 Watt laser is also available; fiber-coupled to 135µm fiber; part number 915nm-Model 6.
