976nm Single-Emitter 140 Watt Multimode Laser Diode

These high power pump lasers deliver very stable wavelength light with a narrow emission bandwidth due to the integrated volume Bragg grating. They deliver up to 140 Watts in CW mode via the 105µm-core fiber. Pulsed-mode operation is also possible.

The laser module is designed to be heat-efficient, but the package must be securely mounted to a temperature-controlled mounting surface to ensure safe operation and long operating lifetimes.
