976nm Multi-Emitter 330 Watt Multimode Laser Diode

These high power 976nm laser diodes offer CW mode output power up to 330 watts. The multimode fiber is a 200µm core fiber and comes with an HP-SMA905 connector. These 330W lasers offer a center wavelength tolerance of 976 nm (± 3nm) for fiber laser pumping and have a spectral emission bandwidth of 4 nm. They are based on the latest generation of multi-single chip emitter design for high reliability and long operating lifetime. The two pin package is designed for heat efficient operation and simple mounting to a heat sink surface. The package must be mounted to a properly rated heat sink.
