Product Overview:

These multi-chip laser diodes provide extraordinarily high output power at 1475nm. They offer up to 20 watts of CW power from a robust fiber coupled module. The fiber bundle is a 375 µm outer diameter with a .22 NA and an SMA905 connector. These modules include a back facet photo-diode and can be purchased with a pre-configured power supply and actively cooled heat sink. They are manufactured by Seminex and offered through Laser Lab Source globally. SemiNex delivers the highest available laser power levels at infrared wavelengths between 1310nm and 1700nm. When necessary, Seminex will further optimize the design of their indium phosphide based laser diode chips to meet a customers’ specific optical and electrical performance needs.
