Product Overview:

1030nm DFB Laser with PM Fiber Pigtail

These 1030nm DFB lasers deliver up to 220 mW of CW output power and > 500mW in pulsed mode (800mW typical). They are offered in a 10-Pin butterfly package with a PM fiber pigtail. The butterfly package has an industry standard Type-1 pin configuration and can be mounted in either a 14-pin or 10-pin Azimuth socket. The standard product does not include a fiber connector. FC/APC is available for an additional charge on request. The 10-pin butterfly package includes a TE cooler and monitor photodiode. These single frequency DFB lasers were designed to be used as seed sources and are also used in telecom and sensing applications.
