1490nm, 20mW Fiber Coupled Laser Diode Overview

The LDI-1490-DFB-2.5G-20/80-DIL-SM1 is an InGaAsP multi-quantum well laser diode coupled to a single-mode optical fiber and packaged into a 14-pin DIL package with a monitor photodiode. The CW output power is 20mW, and pulsed power output up to 80mW. The laser supports data rates up to 2.5 Gbps.

The laser is mounted in a 14-pin DIL package, with integrated monitor photodiode, thermoelectric cooler, and temperature sensor for enhanced thermal stability.

The laser comes standard with FC/APC connector, but can be ordered with a other connectors; please contact us for information on fiber connector options.
