1490nm, 20mW Fiber Coupled DFB Laser Overview

The LDI-1490-DFB-2.5G-20/80-B-2-SM1-FA-CW-1.0 is an InGaAsP multi-quantum well laser diode coupled to a single-mode optical fiber and packaged into a hermetic TO-case with a monitor photodiode. The CW output power is 20mW, and pulsed power output up to 80mW. The laser supports data rates up to 2.5 Gbps.

The coaxial package is installed into a double-sided heat sink and mounting bracket for simple handling and mounting as well as enhanced thermal stability.

The laser comes standard with FC/APC connector, but can be ordered with a other connectors; please contact us for information on fiber connector options.
