High Reliability 1550nm DFB Laser Diode
These 1550nm DFB laser diodes are InGaAsP multi-quantum well laser diodes coupled to a single-mode optical fiber. They are packaged in a hermetically sealed coaxial package and include an internal monitor photodiode. The CW output power is rated up to 20mW and the pulsed output power is rated up to 70mW. These laser diodes supports data rates up to 2.5 Gbps. The coaxial package is installed into a double-sided heat sink and mounting bracket for simple handling and mounting as well as enhanced thermal stability. These 1550nm lasers come standard with FC/APC connector; FC/PC is also normally in-stock. Please contact us for information on fiber connector options.
