LDI-1570-DFB-2.5G-20/60-T-2-SM1-FA-CW-0.5 is a multiple quantum well distributed feedback grating laser diode (MQW DFB), with internal photodiode, coupled to an optical fiber. This laser is mounted in a Mini-DIL Package with internal TEC, thermistor, and photodiode.
