1030nm DFB Laser Overview

These II-VI lases are rated for output power up to 200 mW in CW mode and 800 mW in short-pulse mode. The 1030nm model is part number CMDFB1030A. The center wavelength is specified at 1030 nm (±2 nm). These devices are offered in a 10-pin butterfly package. The package includes an internal 10K thermistor, TE cooler and monitor diode. The laser is coupled to Nufern 980-HP polarization maintaining / PM fiber with a mode field diameter of 6.6 µm. The standard product is offered with a ceramic ferrule fiber termination. An FC/APC connector fiber termination is available on request for an additional charge.
