976nm Single-Emitter 10 Watt Multimode Laser Diode

These 976nm laser diodes are used primarily as a pumping source for erbium doped fiber applications. These single emitter pump lasers are capable of delivering up to 10W of output power in CW or pulsed mode. The typical emission bandwidth is 0.7nm and the laser is coupled to multimode 105 μm fiber with NA = 0.22. Additional features worth noting are that these lasers are very compact, can be easily mounted, and are heat efficient.
