Product Overview:

976nm Single-Emitter 10W Multimode Laser Diode

These 976nm laser diodes are used primarily as a pumping source for erbium doped fiber applications. These single emitter pump lasers are capable of delivering up to 10W of output power in CW or pulsed mode. The typical emission bandwidth is 0.7nm and the laser is coupled to multimode 105 μm fiber with NA = 0.22. The fiber is terminated with an SMA-905 connector. These lasers are compact, are easy to mount to a heat sink or equipment chassis and are based on a highly efficient thermal package design to ensure long term reliability.
