1310nm, 6mW DFB Laser

The attached data sheet for the Modulight DFB laser device describes a 1310nm, DFB coaxial laser diode. Applications referenced include defense, communications, perimeter security, hybrid fibre coax (HFC) and RF-over-fibre applications as well as wireless repeaters. The DFB lasers have a low threshold current and a high Side Mode Supression Ratio. The devices are available with optical isolators, various connectors and different flange options.
