1900nm, 3mW Laser Diode from Nanoplus

Nanoplus GmbH produces DFB laser diodes and single mode laser diodes. Their DFB laser diodes have a wavelength range of 1900 nm to 2200 nm and are specifically designed for trace gas sensing of CO2, N2O, H2CO, HBr, with excellent sensitivity.

Nanoplus' patented distributed feedback laser diodes deliver single mode emission with well-defined optical properties enabling a wide range of applications. They offer single and multi-mode lasers at any wavelength from 760 to 6000 nm and QCLs at wavelengths up to 14 μm.
