The key features of laser diodes in the range of 2200 nm to 2600 nm are high spectral purity, narrow line width, excellent reliability, many packaging options, and various designs. The laser packaging options include TO5.6 header with cap or without cap; TO5 with TEC and NTC; and butterfly housing with PM or SM fiber.
