4030nm High Power QCL Fabry-Perot Laser Diode, Window HHL Package

4.03µm Mid-IR FP QCL Overview:

This Fabry-Perot Quantum Cascade Laser delivers high power light at 4.03µm. The sealed HHL package features an optical output window and includes a TEC to stabilize the laser diode temperature; an external heat-sink and temperature control is necessary to keep the laser operating within a safe temperature range. These high power quantum cascade lasers are available over a wide MWIR spectrum, and are ideal for applications identifying chemicals, gases, liquids, contaminants, hazardous materials and other pollutants in trace quantities.
