7.83µm DFB QCL Laser Overview:

This QCL laser is coupled to a distributed feedback (DFB) waveguide for single-frequency operation over a wide operating temperature range. The laser can be operated from 15°C to 45°C, and the diode is mounted on a conductively-cooled c-mount header. The threshold current is 270mA, and the maximum operating current is ~430mW. High stability temperature control is required for safe and reliable operation. These edge-emitting devices are available over a wide range of wavelengths, and in a number of different package styles.
